Please be advised our Inmarsat-C Service Provider has now restored the traffic which is processing again but with backlog which has accrued during the last few days the issue has been experienced. We recommend to delay any planned LRIT and SSAS testing during the next 48 hours whilst the network backlog is processed. Our Sat-C network provider experienced a hardware failure at the LES followed by a software issue causing a problem in delay and at times non processing of queues. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. The issue is resolved for now pending the network backlog completing. Potentially some delays further may be seen. Pole Star continue to monitor further.
